  2. Wear your seat belt and a helmet
  3. Learn to fail
  4. Eat more protein
  5. Eat more fiber
  6. Drink more water
  7. Take fish oil caps
  8. Floss your teeth
  9. Keep your joints healthy
  10. Build some muscle
